" Hidden gem in the centre of Shrewsbury - This beautiful property was easy to book. It is deceptively spacious and tucked away in a quiet quarter of the town centre. The house is finished and decorated to a very high standard, while at the same time feels cosy and comfortable. There is plenty of room for a large family group as it includes 2 lovely double bedrooms, a twin and a cot room. There is parking specified nearby up a narrow cobbled street. The house is within very close walking distance of everything you could possibly want in the centre of town. It is excellent value for money in my opinion. This is the first time i have booked this type of accommodation and i was very impressed! "

“ We booked this property for a short visit (3 days) and it can only be rated as 5 star! Spotlessly clean and absolutely perfect location. Exactly whats on the box, as they say. The townhouse is perfect for either couples or a family as it is located within minutes of the town centre and river walks, etc. The beds are very comfortable and the property has no road or other noise and a perfect nights sleep was had by all. Jeni was a great host and we have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone wishing to visit Shrewsbury and beyond. ”

" This is a wonderful place to stay both for easy access to the Shrewsbury center as well as the region beyond. Jeni was easy to reach when one of the breakers blew and was able to help us get the lights back on quickly. The place was very comfortable though very creaky... as one would expect for an older building. Having milk, tea, and coffee ready to use as we got in was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked for our needs. "

" Five friends and I rented this house over a 4 day period for a friends wedding. We were very happy with our decision. The location of the premises is in the heart of the city, which made everything walking distance. The house is spacious and absolutely beautiful - the beams are exposed giving the house a very unique feel, and the decor is well thought out. A car permit was provided, which was a fabulous inclusion, as parking is not easy around this small town. The host was very prompt is responding to queries, which made everything easier on my end. I would definitely recommend staying here! "

" Half term break - Stayed a week in this lovely Tudor house which has been beautifully modernised. Jeni was very helpful with feedback & recommendations & the location was excellent, being right in the centre of town & also only a couple of minutes walk to Quarry park. Nice little touches like milk, tea & biscuits on arrival add to the charm of this house & the beds are as comfortable as any I have stayed in. Felt thoroughly relaxed after our week's stay. Would highly recommend this property to anyone & we would definitely stay again when in the Shropshire area. "

" Thank you Jeni for our great stay. We found the standard of the house and its furnishings to be exactly as per the listing and of very high quality - facilities available were excellent especially the top quality beds and bedding. The town house location was excellent, a very central location yet very quiet and peaceful, making it feel more suburban. All the thoughtful extras such as the instruction leaflets, guides and picnic facilities were very helpful. The house is very comfortable and easily accomodates six adults. We have already passed on business cards to our friends and would definately return to 12A again. "

" Wonderful place to stay; our party was made up of 3 couples and there was plenty of room for all. Superb location right in the centre of old Shrewsbury (only parking for one car, so 2 had to park a 5-10 minute walk away; not a problem for our able-bodied group) within walking distance of all major attractions and the house is itself an attraction. Beautifully appointed house with a very well equipped kitchen and many lovely little welcoming touches. Spotless throughout, very well maintained. Excellent beds, comfortable furnishings and good atmosphere; good heating system, easily adjusted and supplemented by gas fire (imitation log stove) in living room. All- in-all first rate accommodation. "

" The house was beautiful - tucked away down a little alley in the centre of Shrewsbury, it was perfectly clean, comfortable and, not to mention, stunning inside. It's a real period property and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was a two-minute walk from the centre of town, with all its shops and good places to eat. There was one parking space included, but it's also only an easy 15-minute walk from the train station. The beds were very comfortable. The main bathroom had a bath with attached shower head, and the ensuite had a cubicle shower, both lovely to use. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was even a lovely welcome set of tea, milk and biscuits! The owner, although we never met her in person, made us feel very welcome in the welcome message we received a couple of days before arrival, which gave us all the details we needed. A lovely property, would stay again. "

" This house was the perfect choice for my family and I on a recent trip to Shrewsbury for a family wedding. The house is bright and spacious and extremely well kept and we enjoyed our two night stay very much. The 3 bedrooms worked very well for my parents, Aunt and Uncle and my husband and I, especially as we we had the room with the ensuite shower room! The kitchen has everything we needed and a nice big dining table in the dining area meant there was space for everybody at meal times. We found the house very warm and cosy, especially with the lovely fireplace. The location was ideal too, minutes from the high street, which had so much more going on than we had expected. The host, Jeni was also extremely helpful and flexible. All in all a perfect experience. "

" House was very warm and welcoming. Real wow factor with good, tasteful decoration and old world charm. Really appreciated the provisions in the kitchen. Location was ideal for the town centre and the two nearest public houses were tremendous for food and drink; ideal as we arrived on a very wet afternoon and wanted somewhere close for a late lunch. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Shrewsbury. "

" Superb place in a great location - Lovely house with amazing attention to detail. Superbly appointed. Would not hesitate to book again. Only small negative point is parking, but not too problematic. Heating a bit noisy, but can be fixed. "
